When utilities are off, our inspectors can still perform the inspection but will be unable to evaluate affected systems — including HVAC, water heaters, plumbing fixtures, and electrical components. These systems will be excluded from your report, and a separate re-inspection visit may be required at additional cost once utilities are restored.
